Mike joined PAL in March 2003 from the automotive industry with a brief to ensure critical deadlines are met with high quality products produced and delivered on time to agreed specification. Experience of automated manufacture with precision tooling has helped Mike in his close cooperation with the technical department.

Richard Herrick
With eleven years of technical experience within the industry , Richard has excellent knowledge of adhesive tapes and the production processes enabling him to work closely with the production team. He performs a key role in maintaining our ISO quality systems whilst also coordinating the company’s health & safety and training requirements.

David has been with PAL Adhesives for nearly 4 years now, his main roll for the company was Dispatch Manager. Wayne Aspley
Wayne has over 20 years experience in the window and glass industry from production and installation through to his current UK field sales responsibility for the PAL Glass & Glazing division. His detailed knowledge of the market place enables him to provide customers with the best possible solutions when specifying glazing tape products.

Marcus Oakley
Marcus joined the company in 2002 after several years experience in the Fastener and Bolting Industry. After spending two years working in the internal sales department at PAL, in September 2004 Marcus accepted a new position as an external sales manager. Marcus also oversees the export department and along with David is happy to help customers with any enquries or technical queries they may have.

With over 15 years experience within the Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Tapes industry Paul joined PAL in August 2003 taking over full control for the sales office administrative function. Listening to customers requirements is Paul’s priority to ensure the Company maintains a service which is amongst the best in the business.

Katie has been with the company since 2004, and proved a very good all round player, Katie’s friendly nature plays a strong roll within the sales department, Katie also deputises for Paul Fillery when he is on holiday, her technical & tape knowledge is second to non. Katie will answer all your questions without any problems.

Sarah has nearly five years experience with PAL, apart from handling the sales office administration, her responsibility also covers supporting the external sales department, this also includes the proactive development of new accounts mainly in the glass and glazing, and tape industry.
