Darren was appointed Managing Director in 2002 after twelve years with the Company including time in the position of Sales Director. His industry experience has enabled him to introduce significant improvements in both production and quality control procedures with an ultimate emphasis on customer care.Darren was appointed to the PAL Group plc Board in 2004 and is also Joint Managing Director of the Extrusions Divisions.

Mike Harrison
Group Production Director
Mike joined PAL in March 2003 from the automotive industry with a brief to ensure critical deadlines are met with high quality products produced and delivered on time to agreed specification. Experience of automated manufacture with precision tooling has helped Mike in his close cooperation with the technical department. Mike is responsible for the production function at all Divisions of the PAL Group plc.

Richard Herrick
Technical Manager
With eleven years of technical experience within the industry, Richard has excellent knowledge of adhesive tapes and the production processes enabling him to work closely with the production team. He performs a key role in maintaining our ISO quality systems whilst also coordinating the company’s health & safety and training requirements.

Marcus Oakley
Business Development Manager
Marcus joined the company in 2002 after several years experience in the Fastener and Bolting Industry. After spending two years working in the internal sales department at PAL, in September 2004 Marcus accepted a new position as an external sales manager. Marcus also oversees the export department and along with David is happy to help customers with any enquires or technical queries they may have.

Tony has been with the company since 2000. Previous experience in engineering includes purchasing, sales and production management. This allows him a clear understanding of the importance and need for effective planning and cost control of material requirements in order to satisfy customer demands.

Matt Willetts
Production Manager
Matt was originally employed by PAL Adhesives in December 1996 as Maintenance Manager. Following nine years in this role, with an emphasis on product development, Matt was offered the position of Production Manager in 2005. His first major task was to organize and plan a complete factory move for PAL which took place in October 2006; he continues to concentrate on improving efficiency within the production department.

Les Linnecor
Transport & Despatch Manager
Les has over 18 years experience as a Dispatch and Transport manager in the plastics and adhesive tapes industry. He joined PAL in 2005 and is a qualified forklift truck driving and manual handling instructor. Les has taken on the responsibility of training staff to ensure handling of goods is to the best possible standards, making sure all goods are packaged, dispatched & delivered in first class condition.
